Its simple. No hidden costs.

1) You can place your order online here or you can call us if you prefer. Payment for non-bespoke orders is due at the time of ordering. We accept payment by Paypal, meaning you can pay securely by credit / debit card.

For bespoke orders, you will be prompted to give us some brief details and we will contact you to discuss your specific requirement. We will discuss payment with you at that time.

2) All prices on the site are current and include:
+ An electronic proof of your artwork, in pdf format
+ Postage, packaging and handling costs for Mainland Britain – postage costs are subject to change for orders outside of this area and any additional charges will be calculated when a delivery address is supplied
+ VAT

3) There is no minimum order.

4) Electronic proofs will be sent for each piece of artwork ordered. Sign-off of the approved artwork will be needed before going to print. Any changes after sign-off may be subject to an additional charge.

5) Full payment is required at time of order. This can be in the form of a cheque, bank transfer or via Paypal. Orders aren’t confirmed until full payment is received.

6) Yes, we know everyone says this, but we advise you to place your order as far in advance as possible. Collection designs can normally be turned around in three weeks – if you choose the bespoke service and are working to a tight timescale, please let us know and we promise to help if we can!

We can’t provide standard quotes on the site as every order is different, however, our pricing will always be transparent and we will provide a full quote to you once you tell us what you want.
